§ 77.17 Supplemental Notice Requirements. § ۷۷٫۱۷ﻣﺗطﻠﺑﺎت اﻻﺑﻼغ اﻻﻟﺣﺎﻗﻲ
(a) A person must file supplemental notice أ( ﯾﺟب ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻘدم اﻟطﻠب ﺗﻌﺑﺋﺔ ﻧﻣوذج اﻻﺑﻼغ
—with the President when اﻻﻟﺣﺎﻗﻲ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺣﺎﻻت اﻟﺗﺎﻟﯾﺔ:
(1) The construction or alteration is more -۱اي ﺑﻧﺎء او اي ﺗﻐﯾر ﻓﻲ ارﺗﻔﺎع أﻛﺛر ﻣن ۲۰۰
than 200 ft (60 m) in height AGL at ﻗدم )٦۰م( ﻣن ﺳطﺢ اﻻرض.
-۲طﻠب ﻣن رﺋﯾس اﻟﮭﯾﺋﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠطﯾران اﻟﻣدﻧﻲ.

(2) Requested by the President. )إذا ﻛﺎن اﻟﺑﻧﺎء ﻗﺎﺋم ﯾﺟب ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻘدم اﻟطﻠب
(b) A person must file supplemental notice on ﺗﻌﺑﺋﺔ ﻧﻣوذج اﻻﺑﻼغ اﻻﻟﺣﺎﻗﻲ وﯾﺗم ﺗﻘدﯾﻣﮫ
a prescribed GACA form to be received ﻟﻠﮭﯾﺋﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻟدراﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﻼﺣﯾﺔ(.
within the time limits specified in the

وإذا ﻟم ﯾﺗم ﺗﺣدﯾد اﻟوﻗت ﻣن ﻗﺑل اﻟﮭﯾﺋﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ

(c) If a person abandons a construction or ﯾﺟب ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻘدم اﻟطﻠب واﻟﺣﺎﺻل ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣواﻓﻘﺔ ﻣن
alteration proposal that requires اﻟﮭﯾﺋﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠطﯾران اﻟﻣدﻧﻲ ﺗﻌﺑﺋﺔ ﻧﻣوذج اﻻﺑﻼغ
supplemental notice, it must submit اﻻﻟﺣﺎﻗﻲ وإرﺳﺎﻟﮫ إﻟﻰ اﻟﮭﯾﺋﺔ ﻗﺑل اﻟﺑدء ﺑﺎﻟﺑﻧﺎء ﺑـ

§ 77.49 Effective Period of Determinations. § ۷۷٫٤۹اﻟﻔﺗرة اﻟزﻣﻧﯾﺔ اﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻣواﻓﻘﺔ
(a) The effective date of a determination for أ( ﺗﻛون اﻟﻣواﻓﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻرﺗﻔﺎع اﻟﻣﺳﻣوح ﺑﮫ ﻟﺑﻧﺎء
a proposed or existing structure is 40 days ﻣﻘﺗرح او ﻣﻘﺎم ﺣﺎﻟﯾﺎ ﺳﺎرﯾﺔ ﺑﻌد ) (٤۰ﯾوم ﻣن

each Determination of No Hazard to Air ﻗﺑل ذﻟك وﯾﺗم اﻟﺗﻘدﯾم ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣواﻓﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻرﺗﻔﺎع

(c) A Determination of Hazard to Air
Navigation has no expiration date.
