At present, We the first parties are settled at aboard, hence We are


unable to remain present personally for required/necessary works of our above
scheduled Properties. Hence, We appoint our lawful Power of Attorney to
NASIM VALI CHAND (Second Party), (hereinafter called ‘the Attorney’) to remain
present on our behalf and represent us in all the required/necessary works of
our above mentioned properties.

NOW KNOW YOU ALL AND THESE PRESENTS WITNESS that, We do hereby
appoint the said Attorney as our true and lawful Attorney with power and
authority to do and execute all acts, deeds, and things as hereinafter mentioned.

1. Our Power of Attorney will appear and represent us before all the
competent authorities of Land Acquisition and related all other
Competent Offices to receive the amount of compensation, Can Receive
the Cheque of Compensation, Can Sign on my behalf. Moreover if
necessity arise, our Power of Attorney can file a Suit before the Court of
Law for the Purpose to get a Compensation, Can Appoint a Lawyer, Can
Re-Present the Case, Can give the Application to Withdraw the Money,
Accept the Cheque and Sign in all Relevant Papers in our Names and on
our behalf, Can Remain present before the Concerned all Government
body and do all type of Works which we can do personally.

2. In short, Our Power of Attorney can do all type of works and represent us
before all the concerned & competent authorities to get the
Amount/Cheque of Compensation of the above mentioned acquired Land.

The Power of Attorney issued by us is appended to the immovable


properties, so “Gujarat Registration Act-2018 comes in force from
Dt. 10/07/2020 under the notification number/GHM-2020-39-M-RGN-122018-
REG-841/27-H1, Dt. 09/07/2020, according to its provision the Registration of all
Power of Attorney related to the immovable Properties is compulsory to be
register. So the Registration of Power of Attorney signed by us is compulsory.
But We are settled in foreign so We are not able to remain present physically for
the Registration of the Power of Attorney. So we hereby appoint NASIM VALI
CHAND as our power holder. On that basis he can do the necessary works and
can represent me before all the concerned & competent offices as mentioned in
this Power of Attorney.

We have written this Power of Attorney with our pleasure, by having read,
and having got it read, having understood, having thought, with mental and
physical condition free from any intoxicant, without any type of pressure, duress,
having understood completely, without getting any such Consideration money or
Compensation amount, have written with our goodwill, pleasure and willingness
and shall be agreed and binding on all our heirs, guardians, etc....
