STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
This study aims to the determine the health and safety practices workers in
the workplace especially in Cabatuan RHU. Specifically, it sought to answer
the following questions.
1. What are the best practices a health workers to minimize hazard in
their workplace?
2. What are the OHS practices employed by the health workers in their
workplace?
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
This study may benefit the following people:
Educational Institutions. Educational Institutions can also benefits
from this study because of the direct information towards the health and
safety of workers. Knowing the vulnerability of these students, educational
institutions can be able to help lessen or prevent workers from different
accident by creating teaching methods that can encourage the student to
acknowledge the rule of law and becoming abiding citizen.
Workers. The findings of this study will help the workers to carry out
their Responsibilities. It can also increase their thinking skills and expand
their knowledge with the regards of health and safety practices toward
their practices towards their workplace.
Community. The result of this will help enlighten the community about
the importance of safety of a worker not only in a workplace but also inn
their surroundings.
Future Researcher. The findings of this study can serve as a basis and
reference for future researcher who will be conducting similar topics in

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION
The purpose of this study or method is to promote health practices and
less the risk in every building on a workplace. Securing the safety and
health of the person who enters the workplace. The reason of the study is
to promote the importance of healthy and safety practices in every
workplace. This study will be conducted in Cabatuan that will start on the
month of January 2023 until March 2023.
