A Resolution creating a Time frame and Guidelines of
Pasay City West High School Supreme Student
Government Election 2022

Screening; LAARNI QUEEN C. BRITANICO, Commissioner on Electoral Board;
MILTON D. MOSQUITO, Commissioner on Appointment; ROSELYN M. DELA
PEŇA, Commissioner on Grievance

WHEREAS:
 the Deadline of submission of the Election Application Forms is on September
12, 2022
 The said deadline is not met by some candidates which their Party President
requested for an extension
 The Commissioners agree on the said extension granting them to submit tall
EAF on Wednesday September 14, 2022
 The Electronic Ballots are being created on September 13 to 14, 2022
 The COMEA rely on the list of names and campaign paraphernalia who are
the candidates of LEADERS and SWAG Party List.
 The name of RHED ANDREI CRUZ, running for Grade 10 Representative of
LEADERS, and VICTORIA RESARA Grade 7 Representative of SWAG were
not included in the released Official Electronic Ballot
 the said candidates were interviewed and screened during the conduct of
Miting de Avance on September 10, 2022

YOUTH COMMISSION ON ELECTION AND APPOINTMENTS

 On September 16, 2022, the said Candidates who were also Representatives
of their Class went and ask Commissioner on Electoral Board and
Commissioner on Grievance about the situation.
 The Commissioners give them assurance to address the matter immediately.
 the COMEA hold a special meeting at 3:00PM after the election and
discussed the status of Representative Cruz and Representative Resara
 It was found that there is still vacant positions for Grade 10 and
Representatives respectively.
 there are other vacant positionss needed to fill in

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE THAT THE YOUTH COMEA


 Approves to include and appoint RHED ANDREI CRUZ as Grade 10
Representative
 Approves to include and appoint VICTORIA RESARA as Grade 7
Representative
 All other vacant positions will be filled in by appointment of Student from the
losing party approved by the COMEA and/ or through the endorsement of the
Class Adviser.
 the COMEA will interview and scrutinized the candidates and select the best
applicant for the post.
 The decision of COMEA is final and irrevocable.
