Greetings!

This is relative to the successful conduct of the Teaching Aptitude Test (TAT).

Mrs. Honeylyn G. Pacquing, our College Guidance Counselor is currently on Teacher’s Leave.
However,
as the Head of Guidance and Counseling Services and as a Psychometrician, she initiated the conduct of
the One (1) day TAT on August 15, 2022 and was one of the Psychometricians who checked the test
papers of the TAT examinees from August 16-18,2 022.

In this regard, may I request for a four (4) days Compensatory Time-Off for Mrs. Pacquing for her
services from August 15-18, 2022.
