Sand to be removed from the drainage channel where you have done 3 Km of trenching inside the plant
area.
2. Route marker to be placed every 30mts for the trench excavation you have done for 6KM.
3. Pending PIDS cable laying and closing of trench to be done for 700 Mts in New admin building area
4. PIDS cable to be taken into the control room and terminate in both the ends
5. Pole grouting, Pole no marking, to be done for all the poles you have installed in site.
6. JB plastering both inside and outside to be completed for the JB that you have billed and yet to bill.
7. JB cable entry GI conduit threading has to be done and taken the cable inside.
8. All JB Numbering has to be done for all the JB installed.
9. OFC cable laying and trenching – Control room to H2 Building HDPE pipe is laid outside the trench the
same has to rectified.
10. OFC cable laid in trestle from control room to DR room cable to be tied with proper cable tie.
11. Chain-link work to be completed in Windmill in all aspects area for 300 Mtrs which you have got the
measurements.
12. Cables crossing under drainage in HDPE pipe is not clamped the same to be rectified.
13. Boom Barrier installation is pending in material gate the same has to completed and cable laying to be done
till access control panel.
14. Rack Dressing to be done in all the racks in the control room and DR room to bill the same.
15. 2 no’s of PTZ and 2 no’s of box camera which you have laid and installed cable issue to be rectified.
16. Cable short circuit issue in Material gate respective JB and Camera to be replaced.
17. Camera positioning, cable continuity check and alignment for all the new camera installed to be completed.
18. UPS installed to be grouted in all four sides with channel and fix the same in the floor.
19. 95 sq mm cable identification tag to be given in both the ends
