To whom it may concern

I am writing to recommend Lauren Holets for a teaching position in your district. I have known Lauren
since she was 6 months old. I know her family very well. She has grown up to be such a caring woman.

She has proven to be a hard worker who is willing to take on new challenges every day to impact
students and those she works with. She has worked her way through college working with kids in an
after-school program. She is a site lead, and her job entails collecting and organizing each student
schedule for the week. She has many different jobs to fill in this program from documenting snacks,
ordering them for the week. Another aspect of her job is to create activities and projects for the
students. She also teaches a social emotional lesson for the students and teaches it two times a week.

One of Laurens most appreciated assets is her relationship building skills that she uses with the families
and the student. She is best known for her calming abilities on some of the students that are socially
and behaviorally challenged. While I don’t directly work with Lauren, I hear about all the good things
that she does in and around the school.

I am confident that Lauren would add and contribute to your district in a very positive way. If you have
