Please find here in the drawings duly approved after effecting necessary corrections and with observations noted in RED INK.
You may take up the work through a Class-I/Super Grade Licenced Electrical Contractor as per the approved drawings and after
completing the work, submit the connected documents with completion report to the undersigned along with the following parti
culars to arrange for inspection.

PARTICULARS OF HT/DG:
1. Manufacturers Test Reports of Generator / Transformer / HT / LT breakers etc,.
2. Completion report of Licensed Electrical Contractor for having completed the works as per the approved drawings along
with the following details.
a) Description of the motor/equipments, indicating serial numbers.
b) Rating in HP/KW/KVA
c) Feeder details
d) Voltage Rating, insulation test results of the equipments.
e) Earth Test Results.
f) The completion report should be signed by the Licenced Electrical Contractor and the Electrical supervisor along with their
valid licence / Permit number and validity date.
3. Oil Test Results of transformer/oil circuit breaker.
4. Insulation test results of transformer/ generator OCB͛s cable and other connected equipments.
5. Calibration certificates in original of protective devices, CTs, PTs, Energy meters etc., as calibrated by the relay testing and
meter testing division of KPTCL and other approved agencies.
6. Earth test results of all the earth electrodes disconnecting all the earth leads from them.
7. A List of authorized persons qualified to operate at the sub-station/ at the works ( list shall be signed by both the
employees and employer with permit number and validity date)

Challan/Receipt for having paid Rs. 4,100 /- (IN WORDS) Four Thousand One Hundred only towards inspection
charges under the following Budget Head Non-Plan 0043-00-102-0-01 other taxes and duties on Electricity through E-
payment only.

Drawing Scrutiny Fees of Rs. 500/- (IN WORDS) Five Hundred only paid vide K2 Challan Ref No
EL0423004300006877 dated 17/04/2023 is here by acknowledged.
