Load compartment and luggage compartment trim


Tools

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

„ Wedge T10039/1

Rear lock carrier cover, removing and installing

Removing

- Open spare wheel cover.

- Pry lock carrier cover upward out of


mountings using wedge T10039/1 .

Installing

- Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

Note:

„ Before installing, check securing clips for damage


and replace if necessary.

Luggage compartment floor, removing and installing

Removing

- Open spare wheel cover.

- Remove bolts - 1 - and - 2 - .

- Close spare wheel cover.

- Remove 2 bolts - 3 - and remove


securing eye - 4 - .

- Remove securing eyes - 5 - , - 6 - and


- 7 - as described.

- Remove spare wheel cover, right cover


support - 8 - and left cover support - 9 -
from vehicle.

Installing

- Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

Note:

„ Align components before bolting them so that gap


size is equal all around.

Side trim, removing and installing

Note:

„ Removal and installation is described for right-hand


side of vehicle. Removal and installation for left-hand
side is performed in same manner.

Removing

- Switch ignition off

- Remove C-pillar trim 70-4, C-pillar trim, removing and


installing .

- Remove roof trim strip 70-7, Roof end strip, removing


and installing .

- Remove D-pillar trim 70-4, D-pillar trim, removing and


installing .

- Remove rear lock carrier trim Page 70-6, Rear lock


carrier cover, removing and installing .

- Remove luggage compartment floor 70-6, Luggage


compartment floor, removing and installing .

- Remove backrest:

„ Left 72-2, Left seat backrest, removing and


installing

„ Right 72-2, Right seat backrest, removing and


installing

- Loosen lock nut - 1 - and remove


locking pin - 2 - .

- Remove washer - 3 - and trim - 4 - .

- Remove bolts - 5 - , - 6 - , - 7 - and -


8- .

- Pull trim out of mountings in body and


detach wiring harnesses according to
vehicle equipment.

Installing

- Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

Note:

„ Before installing, check securing clips for damage


and replace if necessary.
