 Ms Access 2016 uses the Ribbon to organize commands.


 The Ribbon and quick access toolbar can be customized to suit your need.
 Backstage view shows the set of commands you can use to do things to a document like
info, New, Open ,Save ,Save as, Print ,close, Account, and options
 Backstage view also provides some information or properties of the file such as the file size,
number of pages and words.
