How to access the answer script provided for Online Evaluation
The login portal address will be sent through email. Type the portal address in the address bar.
Browser: best view in Chrome
The following screen will be displayed to Login. Use the User ID and Password sent to your registered email id
to login.
You will be prompted to change your password with your choice, kindly change your password.
Enter OTP, received on your registered mobile number and click on submit button.

Dashboard
After Login, Faculty can see the instruction Page on the Screen.
Follow the below guidelines scrupulously during Online Evaluation
1. Evaluators are requested to verify the Marks Grid with question paper pattern before initiating the
evaluation and if any discrepancy observed, escalate the script by selecting “Marks Grid Discrepancy”
by clicking on escalate button
2. To award marks against each answer
a. Question Numbers has to be selected from the panel
b. select the relevant marks from the numbers at the top of the screen
c. Click inside the Answered area (near to the question number written by the student).
3. Annotation on each page of the Answer Book is mandatory. Use annotations appropriately, i.e.,
a. tick mark for right response(s),
b. cross mark for wrong answer,
c. Blank page button blank page
4. For questions which are not answered - the option NA must invariably be selected.
5. In the Script Marks report, the following comments will automatically appear in the final print.
a. When marks are awarded --- - Attempted
b. When ‘0’ marks are awarded – Incorrect answer
c. When you select NA ------------ Not answered
6. When a student writes only question number or writes question number and writes question as a
heading or sub heading but doesn’t write the actual answer – award Zero marks.
7. Verify all page numbers in the Answer Book are displayed on the screen for evaluation, else it will not
allow to submit
8. The system will enable submit button on spending minimum 4 min time on each script.
9. Escalate the script by clicking on Escalate button by selecting following options.
a. Exception such as revealing of identity
b. Subject mismatch
c. Suspected Unfair means (UFM)
d. Bad Quality Scanning
e. Others

Close the Instruction page to view the details of allocation on Dashboard as per the following Screen.
Bank Details Update
Click on “CLICK ON BANK DETAILS” button to update the bank details

After updating the status, click on Update button.
Note : check the bank details before update, once the data is updated you cannot change
Start Evaluation
Click on the icon to Start Evaluation.
After clicking script view, Answer Script will be loaded for online evaluation.

Marks Entry
To award marks against each answer
a. Question Numbers has to be selected from the marks panel
b. select the relevant marks from the numbers at the top of the screen
c. Click inside the Answered area (near to the question number written by the student).

If answer is incorrect award “0”

Click on NA (Not Attempted) button for the question which were not attempted by the student.
Note:
If the evaluator awarded NA or Zero (0) Marks, system will notify the evaluator which needs to be confirmed.
For all the questions, Marks / NA should be awarded before submitting the script.
Evaluator has to visit all the pages of answer script and one annotation per page is mandatory to submit the
answer script. 0.5 Marks are allowed.
System automatically calculate the choice based questions and display total marks on the screen.

How to Reject Script
Select the Reject Script button to reject the answer script by selecting appropriate reason as shown below.
How to reject unfair Means (UFM) Scripts
1. Click on Reject Script button
2. Select Unfair Means (UFM) and click on submit button
3. Evaluator should award marks for the script and click on submit button

Enter your email id to get the password.
Reports
Evaluator can view number scripts completed on the dashboard and to view details report, need to click on
View Report Button
