Annex C PDF

This document outlines three criteria for awarding Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (ADACs) that demonstrate high functionality: 1. ADAC functionality as measured by an audit, with points allocated based on the percentage of communities rated as high, moderate, or low functioning. 2. Sustainability of drug-cleared or drug-free status in communities, with points based on increases in drug-cleared areas and percentages that maintain their status. 3. Completion rates of Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) graduates compared to enrollees, with more points allocated to higher graduation percentages.
