INSTRUCTION MANUAL AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION
1. ATTENTION: The assembly of the Esitas transformer at the area of
connection, and the installation there in should be carried out strictly by
qualified and authorized electricians trained for necessary safety and
electrical installation purposes, and under all safety precautions taken for
the people and equipments as well as the systems to avoid death, serious
injury and/or property damages.
2. The Esitas transformer should be installed and maintained as informed in
this document, and all precautions stated should be applied in full. Esitas
should be contacted in case of errors and failures, and no repair /
investigation should be processed without prior information and
confirmation from Estias.
3. a. For CT’s: The secondary terminals of the CT should not be left open
circuited, otherwise the high voltage generated may cause death, serious
injury and/or property damages.
b. For VT’s: The secondary terminals of the VT should not be short circuited
at any time, otherwise the over current generated may cause death, serious
injury and/or property damages.
4. All parts of the transformer marked or otherwise intended for grounding
and one of each secondary terminals should be grounded at all times for
operation and safety reasons.
5. Do not perform any operations on the transformer except proper
installation and do not break the transformer into pieces.

ESITAS LIMITED WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
1. All Esitas products are under our guarantee for 12 (Twelve) months after
shipment date against manufacturing defects.
2. This warranty covers only Esitas products, and does not cover any other
manufacturer’s product, as well as services related.
3. This warranty is limited to repair or replace the product and does not
include any compensation or losses arising from and/or other than the
Esitas product, it does not cover any transportation, handling,
commissioning, etc. services.
4. In order to apply for guarantee conditions, the details of our product, and
the details of the error/problem must be informed to Esitas in detail.
5. If the product is still in warranty period of 12 (Twelve) months after
shipment, the repair/replacement can be made free of charge in case there
is production error identified and confirmed by Esitas analysis. In case there
is no production error, the repair/ replacement can be made on the
customer’s cost.
