  Types of Christianity
 Christianity is a religion that
is centered around the belief
  of Trinitism. This is divided
 into three branches: Roman
   Catholic, Protestant, and
           Orthodox.
                  Catholicism - tim
The Catholic Church is the biggest church within Christianity.
Catholicism is a Christian sect centered on the teachings and
traditions of the Catholic Church. It is also one of the oldest. It has
played a great role in the development of civilization. Catholics
believe in one God who created the universe and who is present in
the Holy Trinity. Catholics believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of
God, who was born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on
the cross for the forgiveness of sins, and rose from the dead on the
third day. Catholics adhere to sacraments, which are sacred rituals
that provide spiritual grace to the faithful, such as baptism,
confession, communion, and marriage. Catholics also place a high
value on prayer, good works, and living a virtuous life in
accordance with Jesus Christ's and the Church's teachings.
                Catholic cHURCH - andre
The Pope, who is the bishop of Rome, is the
chief pastor or the physical leader of the
    Catholic Church. The Catholic Church
describes that it is the only one and the
right church founded by Jesus and his Great
Commission. It teaches that the Pope is a
direct descendant of St. Peter. The Catholic
Church mainly practices its worship on the
first day of the week, Sunday. Its churches
are called Cathedrals, and they are
scattered all around the world due to
             Roman Colonization.
           Protestantism - tim
Protestants are a Christian sect that arose in the
16th century in response to the practices and
teachings of the Catholic Church. It was
originally a reform and movement against the
Roman Catholic Church due to their abuses and
errors. They reject the Pope and Catholic
traditions in favor of the Bible as the sole
authority for both belief and behavior. Martin
Luther is a very great figure in this branch of
Christianity. Protestantism emphasizes that you
need to only trust and have faith in God, and
no need to do good works like Catholicism. It is
the second-largest branch of Christianity.
        Protestantism - dea
It started when Luther published a book called “95
Theses” which stated all the harm and abuse the Catholic
Church is doing, this led to a division between
Protestants and the Catholics. Many denominations of
Protestantism exist, including Lutherans, Methodists,
Baptists, and Presbyterians. Protestantism is the most
diverse branch of Christianity. The Seventh-day
Adventist Church is also a part of the Protestant Church.
Protestant worship is centered on preaching and hymns,
and they are frequently opposed to the use of icons and
other religious images. Protestantism has had a
significant impact on Western culture, including politics,
economics, and social values.
                            orthodoxy - tim
Orthodxy or Orthodoxism is a mix between Catholicism and
Protestantism, wherein each religion under it decided
whether or not this doctrine is followed or not. They are
known as the most free of all types. Orthodox Christianity
is a branch of Christianity that began in the Eastern Roman
Empire in the first century AD. Orthodox Christians believe
in the Trinity, the divinity of Jesus Christ, the sacraments,
and the importance of Church tradition. Each Church’s
governing body is responsible for making their own
policies, and they are responsible in deciding whether or
not this doctrine from the Catholic or Protestant Church
                    will be followed or not.
                           orthodoxy - dea
The biggest example of Orthodoxy are the
Orthodox Jews and the Buddhist which have
their own set of rules and Gods which are
adapted from both Catholic and Protestant
     Churches. The Orthodox Church is
     hierarchical, with the Patriarch of
 Constantinople ranking first among equals
   among all Orthodox bishops. Liturgical
rituals, icons, and incense are all aspects of
Orthodox worship. Orthodoxy has had a
  significant impact on Eastern European,
Russian, and Middle Eastern culture and
                    history.
