In continuation of this Ministry’s letter no. K-17/1/2020-SCD-V-Part (2) dated
22.07.2022  on the subject mentioned above, in light of the technical and practical
problems brought to the notice of this department by various States in the
registration process for scholarships conveyed by this Ministry’s letter no. 05.07.2022,
I am directed to submit that the registration as well as the application process shall
be initiated by the students only on the States’ portals and would not be done on
NSP – PMSSC for 2022-23. You are requested to make sure that appropriate
directions are issued to all concerned and wide publicity be given regarding this, so
that all eligible beneficiaries can take full benefit of the Scholarship Schemes.
