SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ERIKKA MARIE R. GAMBE-TANTAN, of legal age, Filipino, married, with


residential address at San Roque Parish Road, Brgy. Subangdaku, Mandaue City, Cebu, hereby
name, appoint and constitute VIVIAN HO AMISTAD, with address at Marfori Heights
Subdivision, Davao City as my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for and in my name, place and
stead to do and perform the following special powers in relation to the application for Real Estate
Business Termination with the LGU and BIR under business name: ERIKKA MARIE
RAFANAN GAMBE:

1. To file, deliver, receive, and process any and all documents and forms relating to
the application for business termination;

2. To represent me before all government offices, agencies and instrumentalities,


including but not limited to: the Bureau of Internal Revenue (“BIR”), and other Local
Government Unit offices;

3. To pay the necessary fees and taxes as may be required by the BIR, LGU and
other offices, and obtain official receipts for any fees and taxes paid in relation to the application
for business termination;

4. To obtain any and all copies, certified or otherwise, of all pertinent documents
and records in any and all offices, corporation, institutions and agencies, government or
otherwise, national or local, as may be required and/or necessary to the exercise of the foregoing
power and authority;

5. To file the appropriate application, process, pay the fees, and receive documents
pertaining to the assignment of the shares of stock; and

6. To perform any and all acts and duties which may be required, necessary,
desirable, proper, incidental or convenient to carry out the foregoing power and authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full
power of substitution and revocation and hereby ratifying and confirming all that said Attorney-
in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hand this __ day of August 2022 at
