Dear Dra,

In the month of May, The Barangay Ani-e of Claveria and Barangay IS-Cruz,
Jasaan, Misamis Oriental will celebrate the Feast of San Isidro Labrador, relative
to the up coming event alot of recreational activities also comes within it. as a
part of their celebration the SK officials of both Barangay’s currently conducting
an open basketball tournament which will be held at IS-Cruz basketball court and
Ani-e covered court.

Pertaining to the matter, the Mutya Boys team of Barangay Poblacion 2,


are humbly competing and about to play to the second round, But unfortunately
wouldn’t allow to proceed to next level of the compitation without wearing the
official uniform.

Now, the purpose of this letter is to ask from your good heart a cash
assistance to supplement and to support for additional budget for the
preparation and needs of the said activity. In line with this, we will attach your
store/establishment logo’s into our jersey as an advestise sponsorship. We do
understand that there are more things that much prioritize financially but we will
still hoping that you extend your goodness to us.

Your positive feedback regarding this matter will be highly appreciated.
