Subject: new reservation request
Dear Lakeside Resort,
I would like to make a reservation at your resort for three people for five nights.
We are travelling from Ha Noi, Vietnam, and we will arrive Canada and get to your
resort on November 1st at night. We will leave the morning of November 6th. We
would like a room that can accommodate two adults and one child. If you could
provide me with the best room type and rate, that would be greatly appreciated.
We would also like a quiet room with a mountain view, if possible.
We interested in going skiing and snowboarding. Would it possible to make
reservations for these activities from your resort? I also want to know the total
deposit that I have to give and the payment mode. And can you tell me more
about the packages you offer for that time period? We would like to know more
about what is included in the price and what other amenities (such as Wi-Fi
facilities, sports, spa, etc.) and recreation activities you offer.
