If you’re reading this, you’re probably looking forward to reading my theories and thoughts
about manifesting and all that. Honestly this is a super informal collection of ideas I just needed
to write down. You might find it motivational and interesting.
If you’re a beginner to conscious manifesting, then don’t read this lol, read the guide i wrote
instead, it’s for you newbies:

Mental diets.
Ok so a lot of you are confused by what mental diets are, I can tell from the amount of
questions I get asked on it, so real quick before I get into my thoughts I’ll explain it right here.
Just like a regular diet, which just means the foods and drinks you regularly consume, a mental
diet is the consistent and habitual thoughts you have everyday, these thoughts become
subconscious beliefs which shape your reality. If you were to ask a nutritionist about a good diet,
you’d probably hear “cut out alcohol because drinking it leads to negative outcomes”. In a
mental diet, you cut out negative thoughts for the same reason.
So when I say go on a mental diet, I mean only thinking thoughts that imply you already
have what you want, affirm as much as you can, and whenever you have a negative or doubting
thought, you just don’t let it spiral and immediately go back to affirming.
So affirm, affirm, affirm, affirm, you get a negative thought? Go “NO! I have all my wishes
fulfilled, there’s no way I could doubt that” The more you do a mental diet the easier it gets so
don’t give up after only doing a week of it lol. And as you mental diet of course you also want to
live in the end, think like you already have all your desires.
I highly recommend reading the seven day mental diet by Emmet Fox:
https://bridgethegaptoday.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/The-Seven-day-Mental-Diet-ebook.pdf
Here are some quotes from it if you’re too lazy to read the entire thing:
“It is the food which you furnish to your mind that determines the whole character of your life. It is the
thoughts you allow yourself to think, the subjects that you allow your mind to dwell upon, which make
you and your surroundings what they are.”
“If you are not determined to start in now and carefully select all day the kind of thoughts that you are
going to think, you may as well give up all hope of shaping your life into the kind of thing that you want
it to be, because this is the only way.”
“This then is your prescription. For seven days you must not allow yourself to dwell for a single moment
on any kind of negative thought. You must watch yourself for a whole week as a cat watches a mouse, and
you must not under any pretense allow your mind to dwell on any thought that is not positive,
constructive, optimistic, kind.”
Also watch this video on mental diets, it is simple, straight forward, no fluff or clickbait or extra long
intro.

3D is an illusion.
Yes that’s right. Your reality that you see is just a collection of the old thoughts you had
the day, week, month, year before. You keep entertaining and dwelling on that old story, guess
what, it’s added onto the illusion of the 3d. You know how you entertained them? You see
something unwanted in your 3d and you immediately react, emotionally believing it was your
end, and so it continued existing in your perception. You probably instantly got thoughts like
“this is how it always is, i can’t change it, i’m so frustrated about not being able to change it” It’s
fine to have these moments, because you are in a human body, it is inevitable that you get
frustrated at certain times. Whenever I have these human experiences where I feel down, I
always like to remind myself, I am not the typical person, I think of myself as an infinite being, I
can do, have, be anything I want, and even more just because I’m the freakin’ boss around here!
If I see a circumstance, I go “I DON'T CARE, I HAVE MY DESIRE!” and continue persisting,
I’ve learned to let go of emotionally reacting to that illusion, instead to recreate that illusion to
what I want to see.
I heard a quote from somewhere, that was like, “everything that exists was once
imagined” The way I interpret that is, I can imagine it, I can create it. The universe is all in my
hands like play doh, it is not something separate from me, and my creative power is infinite and
unstoppable. If I affirm something, I’ll eventually be put in a situation where someone else has to
say that affirmation because it’s true in the 3d. I was watching a law of assumption video and the
woman revealed that the things she affirmed about her appearance, people told her those exact
things. So for example, if you affirm I’m so thin, someone is going to notice and mention to you
that you are thin, and you will no longer feel delusional while you affirm and persist your desires
are true.
Perception.
Here is what I believe: once you perceive a certain thing in a way, it can only exist to be
that way. And this applies to you, and others as well. Of course this is based on the law of
assumption, and inner reality reflects outer reality. Let me give you an example, say for a minute,
you perceive your nose to be small. At that exact moment, your nose exists to be small for real,
the 3d might not show you evidence at that moment, but movement is happening, maybe on a
cellular level to make your nose small. My subscribers often come to me saying they have
trouble changing their physical appearance through the law of assumption. I always tell them:
their appearance is mostly shaped by their perception of themselves. Their mind controls it all,
there is no work to be done outside just replacing old subconscious beliefs with new beliefs that
perceive: you already have your desired appearance. Dwell on that belief, entertain it. Mind
controls the body. It’s been proven through doctors, who give their patients sugar pills, claiming
it’s a cure. Patients take the fake pill and their body heals, because their mind perceived that pill
as a cure. That’s proof that you don’t need to do any outside work, just change your mindset.
This way, you know your 3d is extremely malleable.
The illogical mind.
The times I heard that the subconscious mind is illogical is countless, I believe that the
subconscious mind shapes reality, but the only reason one realist person might disagree is that
their subconscious beliefs are rooted in human logic. Now that I am much into conscious
manifesting, I let go of typical human logic beliefs. I don’t think it takes weeks or months to see
subliminal results, because the subconscious beliefs can be replaced at any time, at any instant.
Now, I do agree with the tip given to beginners that they shouldn’t give up easily, and I think
everyone should take that advice when it comes to manifesting even if they aren’t a newbie.
Slow results are an illusion as a result of your old story, contradicting thoughts, and giving up too
easily. Your subconscious mind is not slow and does not need time to process information, it
does not go “Oh you want this desire? I’ll give it to you in about six months” That is only you
having a human experience, entertaining the illusion that changes take a long time. Another
human experience you might have is entertaining a logical thought that you need to do outside
work to get what you want. I get it, you were always taught that you needed hard work to
achieve things, and this “just think differently” thing sounds too mystical for you to accept easily.
In the perception part of this doc, I told you already, mind controls it all, you perceive the thing
you’re hoping to change is in your ideal way, and it is right at that moment.
Living confidently.
Personally, before I really researched conscious manifesting, I was worrying that I would
put so much effort into gaining my desires only to never achieve it. But as time went by, and I
researched more, I learned to live in the end, my worrying melted away. Right now, I am highly
inspired by the Ethiopian Mystic Abdullah, who lived during a time of blatant segregation.
However, he was still not affected by the segregation around him, he lived a rich lifestyle,
everyone around him treated him with respect, although that was not the norm in the early 1900’s
when he lived. He enjoyed watching operas, and at that time, it was forbidden for black people to
watch operas. But Abdullah lived so confidently, he recreated his entire environment, he was
always able to get opera tickets no matter what. He was able to change his environment with just
his mind, he believed he was an infinite being, and nothing could negatively impact him. Like
the universe was entirely in his hands. Everyday I strive to have this mindset. Abudllah also ate
and drank and smoked whatever he wanted, but he believed that nothing could harm him, so he
remained unharmed. He did not worry about the logistics of manifesting, he just taught: live like
you have your desire, don’t question how you’ll get it, just live it.
Imagine just how much you can do. You could get your desired life, body, face, lover,
confidence, absolutely anything that will make your life wonderful, it’s all a simple change in
your mind. You could walk around this world like you’re the hottest person on Earth. I find
myself worrying less about future events, I am always living in the present, as if I’m at the end of
my manifesting journey right at this current moment. Why would I worry about not getting
results if I already have them? It makes no sense.
Challenge/ Homework.
Of course this guide is going to have homework for you lol. Here it is:
1, Explain, what a mental diet means to you, if you were to tell someone how to do a mental diet,
what would you tell them?
2, TRUE or FALSE? And explain your answer: “the subconscious needs at least six months to
process information”
3, How will you apply the information in this doc? What are some takeaways?
Challenge part (optional):
For this challenge, I want you to instantly claim something as yours and affirm you have it the
INSTANT you see it. You see a car you want? Claim it as yours and affirm “I have that exact car,
I love driving it”. Do it every time you desire something because you are infinite, you can have
absolutely anything you want, no one’s going to stop you except your own limiting mind. You
can be as bossy and stubborn as you want. Ex: “ IDC how expensive that car is, it’s mine,
because I said so!” You don’t need to put outside work to get any desire, no matter how big it
seems.
Now when you do this, you might be thinking, “Wouldn’t I have too many desires to affirm?”
Well before you go to bed, or any time you are free, you’re going to repeat umbrella beliefs in
your head.
Such as “I am a master manifestor”
“I have everything I desire”
“I get everything I want because I said so”
“All of my desires are mine”
“All my wishes have been fulfilled”
“Creation is finished”
“Isn’t it wonderful”
