Withdrawal of Application Letter

Greetings!
I am writing this letter Sir to inform you that I would like to formally withdraw my application as
Engineer II of DPWH Camiguin DEO. I really am interested Sir in working for the DPWH, as a
matter of fact, I already secured most of the requirements given to me by the Administrative
Department. But last 1st week of March, while waiting for my application, I experienced a crisis
in which I needed some money and my current company had generously offered to lend me some.
And that’s the sincere reason why I can’t continue with my application since I had to pay them.

Still, Sir, I would still like to take this opportunity to thank your good office for catering my
application and again I would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
