Comprehensive infrastructure /management, policies initiation and approval of corrective actions, including regulatory agencies representatives, decisions making, changes incorporation when necessary. B.S PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL All Employees are entitled to One (1) month Paid Leave per year which can be taken once at a time or twice apart one different period. Travel shall be by business class/first class flight, or otherwise if necessary. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/excess baggage allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase. 1.6 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will re-imburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee's expense Report and Recelpts as proofs of such Expenses. C.1 RESIGNATION / TERMINATION: Should you wish to resign OR terminate your employment with us, you will be required to provide 90 days {3 months) written notice to enable us transition your work. Termination for Cause, Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party materially or repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations and has not cured such default within 30 days of receipt of a default notice specifying the default and the intention to terminate. C.2NON-UAE RESIDENTS: It is our official policy that our employees must pay for their work visa permit/ Resident processing fees, as @ proof of the readiness to join our team; they have to contact the TRAVELICIOUS TRAVEL LLC DUBAI and obtain these documents. The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employee's upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses. .3 UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES. The one month salary shall be paid in advance before Candidates embark on journey to assume duty. This Is to enable candidates settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default. Employee’s (Expatriates) are to note that ONE MONTH UPFRONT SALARY are paid as soon as Employees Procure and Process the relevant UAE Traveling Papers, Resident/ Work Permit Documents through TRAVELICIOUS TRAVEL LLC DUBAI and submit it to the Human Resources Department of TOTAL ENERGIES DUBA| for Verification. All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UAE shall be paid into employee's account locally. This is ine with the UAE Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws. (C4 BENEFITS/ACCOMODA’ All Employees are expected to reside at the Company's Staff estate. There are Single and Family Flat Duplex Accommodation. Brand New car, for employees use during contract. Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options. Im case of local dishes, we have Chefs from various countries to handle such. (C5 TELECOMMUNICATION / INTERNET FACILITIES ‘There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and it shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred. Schedule D D.1 MEDICAL EXPENSES Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow- ‘on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family. D.2 SAFETY & SECURITY Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations. All operations ‘on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector. D.3 ADDITIONAL SERVICES Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Ory Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the ‘company's laundry and dry cleaning unit. All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety ‘courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts. All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc. as applicable in the Oil & Gas Sector. D.4 TRAVELING DOCUMENTS PROCESSING WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA. The Employee is requested to contact MR. ROSHAN MOHAMMED of TRAVELICIOUS TRAVEL LLC DUBAI, With the below office address through email, who shall be responsible for the processing of his or her Valid UAE Work/Residence Permit Visa and then should forward it to the HR DEPARTMENT of TOTAL ENERGIES. Hence any expenses incurred by employee during the processing of his documents shall be refunded to the candidate after 5 working days of concluding all Immigration/Labour UAE arrangement.
