This letter requests the endorsement of a hypothecation agreement (HPA) for a vehicle registered in Uttar Pradesh. Iffco Kisan Finance Ltd. has provided funding for the vehicle in the name of the individual and is requesting the RTO to endorse the HPA with Iffco Kisan Finance Ltd. as the financier on the vehicle registration. The RTO is also asked to provide the Form of Particulars for the vehicle.
