The following terms & conditions shall apply to all sales by JJ Vaillant Ltd unless expressly varied in writing. All figures quoted net of VAT
Initial Order (from stock items) & Carriage Paid Re-orders (Minimum) (from stock items)
Small Items £375 – UK Mainland (excluding Highlands (Min £375 + 6% Surcharge)) Smalls Items £200 with £15 delivery & processing charge.
Mixture of Small & Pallet items £595 UK Mainland up to Carlisle. Pallet items £250 (see website for charges)

Export: minimum order value £550, 5% Discount with Full Delivery charge, deliveries to your UK mainland shippers address can be made as per our
standard terms or you can arrange your own carriers to collect from our premises.
Cash & Carry: Our showroom is open Monday to Friday, 9.00 till 4pm (last entry) which you are welcome to visit. Please email or order 100% of your
order online at least two working days prior to visiting to avoid lengthy waiting times. (Some additions can be made when collecting, eg if viewing new items, seconds &
clearance). Please note: Our busiest day is Monday & it is advisable to avoid collection on this day. Minimum Initial orders are as above. Existing
customers who have ordered before minimum order is £200. We offer a 5% discount on Cash & Carry purchases over £375 (excluding sale items & seconds).
Payments
• We operate on a strictly pro-forma basis only. Accepted payment methods are cash (cash & carry), debit/credit card or BACS.
• We only invoice for goods that are in stock.

• Small Items are next working day from day of payment (dependant on time received and workload).
• Pallet items 3 to 4 days from day of payment. Next day delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.
• Carriage paid delivers are based on minimum value of £595* plus Vat per pallet (*depending on area). Occasionally if ordering only large items
such as 354 animals there may be an additional carriage charge. Our sales team would advise prior to dispatch.
Damages / Discrepancies:
Any damaged or undelivered items must be reported strictly within 2 working days of delivery. Before items can be returned, please download our
returns form from our website & email. Email: info@jjvaillant.co.uk. Once received, we will then advise on the best course of action. Authorised returns
must be sent in original packaging otherwise claims cannot be considered & they must be returned in a suitable way to ensure further damage does not
occur during transit.
Delivery Options:
Small Items are delivered via courier. Boxes/packages are normally brought into your premises.
Large/bulky/heavy/fragile items are delivered via pallet. Deliveries are to the door or nearest area a pallet company can safely reach any time between
9AM – 6PM. Please note: business premises on pedestrianised roads or zones that require timed deliveries will incur additional charges.
It is the customer’s responsibility to un-wrap the pallet & dispose of wrapping materials & the pallet itself. On occasion drivers will take unwanted pallets away but it is
solely at their discretion.
Ebay/Amazon
Sales of our items are strictly prohibited via these channels. We already have adequate representation on both these sites & do not want to overcrowd
the marketplace.
Internet Sales via Your Own Website
Sales of our products via your own web site are freely allowed but we insist that you work on a reasonable mark up. This is to ensure our brands integrity
is maintained.
Betty Boop
Sales of Betty Boop merchandise via your own website must be pre-authorised in advance. Full details must be provided such as; product lines to be sold
& confirmation that our SSP will be followed. Please contact us for further information.
3rd Party Sales
In order for us to maintain a fair market place, we strictly prohibit the sale of any of our products onto other traders (especially Betty Boop merchandise).
If we find this to be the case, we have no option to permanently suspend your account.
