Mr. Jean Laurent BONAFE has agreed to provide a loan of 5000 KWD to Mr. Luis Miguel at an interest rate of 3% over 48 months according to the terms of the loan contract. Article 1 - Purpose
According to this contract, Mr. Miguel LUIS, at the request of Mr. Jean laurent BONAFE . The loan will be for a
project amount of 2000 KWD with an interest rate of 3% for a period of 48 months.

ARTICLE 3 : Conditions of reimbursement.
Mr. Miguel LUIS has the option of prepaying his debt, in full or in installments, depending on his ability to reduce
repayments. The prepayments will be charged against the remaining credits.
In the event of the death of Mr. Miguel LUIS before the total extinction of the debt, his heirs will be considered as
debtors of Mr. for the remaining balance.
NOTE:
THE SIGNING OF THE LOAN CONTRACT IS IRREVOCABLE AND THE CLIENT AGREES TO BE BOUND
BY ALL THE CONDITIONS OF THE LOAN CONTRACT.
