TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff's Application dated 7th June, 2000 has

been fixed for mention on 19th June, 2000 at 9.00 O’clock in the

forenoon at the Milimani Commercial Courts before the Honourable Mr.

Justice Mbaluto.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that in default of your attendance on the

said date and time, the Court may proceed to mention the application ex

parte and such Orders may be made as the Court may deem fit to grant.
