2022 Year in Review
2022 was a busy year at Finish Line Auto Club facilities. We hosted 37 exclusive events between
Westlake Village and Costa Mesa, ranging from cars & coffee, monthly member cocktail parties
featuring exclusive guest speakers, larger car shows (Porsche Event & Art of Automobiles) and
annual holiday dinner. See the highlights below:
Finish Line - Westlake Village: PORSCHE EVENT
Finish Line Auto Club & Rusnak Automotive Group hosted its 4th Annual Porsche Event in May of
this year. FLAC owners opened their garages to welcome over 350 Porsche’s and enthusiast for
this coveted event. Rare Porsche’s were everywhere, including multiple Carrera GT’s, 918
Spiders, racecars and every era and variant of Porsche. There was great food and drinks flowing
on this warm summer day! Look for details on the 5th Annual Porsche Event scheduled for May
6th, 2023.

Art of Automobiles: Some of the finest automobiles in the world were on display at the Art of
Automobiles Event on April 9, 2022. Over 200 cars were on display, featuring early to late
models of street and race cares, including Ford, Ferrari, Bugatti, Porsche and virtually every
other brand was represented. Many of the highly coveted and collectable cars were displayed
in the interior driveway “The Gallery” space. Look for details on Art of Automobiles scheduled
for April 1st 2023.

Finish Line - Costa Mesa: Member Cocktail Party’s-
One of the many benefits of being an owner at Finish Line Auto Club are the social events. Each
month we hosted a member cocktail party featuring live music, hors d’oeuvres and prominent
guest speakers to share their views, insights and experiences in the automotive collector and
motorsports world. Featured guest speakers included:
Patrick Long- World Champion Factory Porsche Driver
David Lee – Prominent Ferrari Collector and Chairman of Hing Wa Ling Lee Group.
Mathew Malamut – RM Auctions
John Hennessy- Hennessey Automotive
Bruce Meyer – Car Collector & Petersen Automotive Museum

Cars & Coffee:
The Finish Line Cars & Coffee in O.C. has become one of the most exclusive & anticipated
gatherings of automobiles in Southern California. Each month well over 100 unique cars show
up for a special gathering of great people, tasty coffee and exceptional vehicles. In 2022 we
featured specific marques each month that covered virtually every make & model.
Finish Line Westlake also hosted a series of more intimate cars & coffee events that ranged 30-
50 cars. Many of the garage owners opened their garages to our guest for a more special
experience. Thank you to our generous sponsor Bumper 2 Bumper provided coffee & donuts.
Children’s Hospital Orange County “CHOC” and Marines – Toy Drive
Finish Line Auto Club, in partnership with The Oppenheim Group OC hosted its second annual
toy-drive at Finish Line Costa Mesa and it was a big success. Over 1,500 toys were collected
over a two-week period and donated to these two very worthy organizations. Special thanks to
the Oppenheimer Group for their hard work and efforts on this great event.

Holiday Dinner Party:
This year we hosted our annual holiday party for the owners at Finish Line Orange County. The
owners enjoyed specialty cocktails and appetizers along with live entertainment prior to a
beautiful sit-down dinner. After dinner, the party turned into a garage crawl with the group
moving from garage to garage enjoying after dinner drinks and desert while spending time in
many of the highly decorated and curated garages.

Weekly Drives: Since its grand opening in 2017, FLAC WLV owners have organized weekly
spirited drives through some of LA’s most famous roads and canyons. Each week a different
automotive theme and era is scheduled, so there is always new eye candy on hand.
McLaren Artura at Finish Line. Finish Line Auto Club was proud to host McLaren of Newport
Beach with the debut and 3-day test drive of McLarens new hybrid sportscar the Artura.

A Special Guest: We are excited to have hosted one of the world’s best at Finish Line Auto Club
in April of this year. Formula One driver Valtteri Bottas spent the day doing a photo & video
shoot and interviews for one of his key sponsors. It was a great opportunity to get to know this
highly accomplished F1 driver on the biggest stage in motorsports.

Finish Line Auto Club - Mobile App:
Finish Line Auto Club is rolling out a brand-new mobile app exclusive to the FLAC
owners. This app will be a great way to connect the owners together, even when
their away from their garages. The new app will feature Special Announcements,
Calendar of Events, Featured Collections, Preferred Vendors, Owner Directory,
Collection Management and the exclusive Finish Line Market Place. There are a
wide variety of features that will help owners stay engaged in Finish Line Events
and with each other, as well as simplify the management of their collections. The
new App will be available mid January 2023.

Finish Line Apparel:
We are excited to release our new Finish Line Auto Club hats! Currently we have four
different styles and colors for men & women with the Finish Line Auto Club logo. We
additionally offer Finish Line coffee cups. Get yours through the website

Finish Line - Costa Mesa Update
Phase I -Sold out!- Phase I consist of 32 units totaling 80,000 ft.²
Phase II. We are proud to announce that Phase II has now been approved! This second
phase will consist of 9 additional garage spaces totaling 23,000 square feet, bringing the
total project to 41 garage spaces and over 103,000 square feet. This new phase will
feature a highly amenitized outdoor rooftop lounge with bar and lounge seating, firepits
and front row views of the John Wayne Airport. We are currently taking reservations
now for the opportunity to be a part of Finish Line Auto Club, phase 2.

Finish Line Auto Club- Westlake Village:
We recently announced the expansion of Finish Line Auto Club Westlake Village. “Phase
III” will consist of 12 new garages totaling over 36,000 square feet, including the
addition of a new 5,000 square foot roof-top club house. The expansion will bring the
total project to 40 garages totaling over 87,500 square feet.
This new addition will be possible by tearing down the adjacent office building, allowing
us to create our original vision of a single purpose collector car storage facility on the
site. We are very excited about the opportunity to add a highly designed and amenitized
clubhouse and roof-top patio to this location. This clubhouse will take many of the
features of our Orange County clubhouse, such as members bar, wine cellar, game
tables and coffee bar, and the patio will have fire pits and various outdoor seating areas.
Timing for completion of the project is estimated for 4 th quarter of 2024.

Finish Line Auto Club- Calabasas
We broke ground on Finish Line Calabasas on June 1, 2022. After 11 years of design and
entitlements the project is well underway! All grading is complete and the extensive retaining
walls have been completed as of year-end. The target completion date is December 2023. We
intend to release the information on availability and pricing in the next 60-90 days. Visit

Rendering and Construction Photo
Finish Line Auto Club - Palm Desert. This exciting project is currently in the design
stage and is taking shape. This state of the art project will consist of over 100,000 ft.², and
will feature private car condos, an exclusive 9,000 square-foot two-story clubhouse, and a
freestanding building offering secured individual car storage and private club
membership. More details coming soon!
Finish Line Members Corner:
Hypercar Invitational – Members of Finish Line Auto Club Costa Mesa and Westlake
Village attended the 2nd annual Hypercar Invitational in Monterey in June. This fantastic
event offered invited guest to high speed air strip runs and 2 days of track time at the
famed Weather Tech Raceway - Laguna Seca. Visit @hypercar_invitational
Ramshorn Rally- The Ramshorn Rally was comprised of 30 air cooled Porsche’s with
the newest being 1989. This years rally started and ended in Whitefish Montana. Over
1,200 miles were covered with sops in Lake Louise, Jasper, Salmon Arm and Nelson,
Britsh Columbia.
The Glaciers and mountain passes were both majestic and photographic.
There were five Finish Line owners that participated in this rally, driving 911’s, 911 RS
and 930 Turbo’s.

Garages at Finish Line:
Many of the garages at Finish Line Costa Mesa are finally completed and are absolutely
incredible. The attention to detail and creativity is incredible. Each garage reflects the
owners unique taste and compliments the unique assortment of vehicles and art

Sneak Peak for 2023
We have another busy year for events at Finish Line Auto Club facilities in 2023,
including the Art of Automobiles on April 1st in Orange County, and the 5 th annual
Porsche Event in Westlake Village on May 6th, with even more great cars, food and
surprises. We also have a great lineup of “Featured Vehicles” at our monthly Cars &

Cocktail Nights
Our Members Cocktail Night has become a huge success since changing the date from
Saturday to Thursday. Our previous cocktail night on June 16, had around 50 in
attendance, enjoying live entertainment, cocktails and a variety of light appetizers while
listening to the insights of David Lee. Our future cocktail nights will serve as a great way
to relax and hear from our guest speakers such as Matt Malamut and John Hennessey.
These nights also provide a great opportunity to meet and get familiarized with your

Unit updates
We are thrilled to see more and more owners have completed the improvements within
their new garages. From modern to contemporary, Finish Line Auto Club offers an
eclectic collection of cars and one of a kind custom units. From rendering to
completion, we can't wait to see what each of the owners has done to their units.
Cars & Coffee
Our Cars and Coffee has become a staple gathering of car enthusiasts in the Orange
County. Now held twice a month, owners and invited guests have more opportunity to
see truly one of a kind cars while enjoying coffee and breakfast treats. With sometimes
more that 200 in attendance, there's bound to be a special car that you've been dying to
