Project Title: School-Based Leadership Training

Project Rationale: In line with Mission and Vision of the School this Project is to train
the students in acquiring great skills in leadership and meeting its
finest work with the work of teamwork; for the best future, for
each students here in Simona.

Project Objective:  To help students improve or develop their leadership skills


 To bring closeness and bonding with the other students as a
team

Project Description: This project will be accomplished through the help of our SSG and the support of
the students. Each section will have a representative and all officers are required
to join. Also, 30.00php will be collected for registration fee. Snacks and lunch is
included in their registration fee.

Project Duration:  May 20, 2023


 8:00 am – 9:00 am Registration
 9:00 am – 12:00nn Morning Session
 12:00nn – 1:00 pm Lunch
 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Afternoon Session
 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm Awarding / Snack Time
 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm Closing Program

Target Beneficiaries: Prizes for every game and food will be prepared for the
participants and facilitators.

Proposed Budget: Expenses will be the food for visitors (speaker) and students
The budget for this is estimated 5000.00php and it will came from
the school fund.

Monitoring and Evaluation:


The project will be over all managed by the Supreme Student
Government and other alumni leaders that will be the speaker for seminar and students will
be the participants in the project.
