In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) o f rule 9 of
the Indian Police Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, read with sub
regulation (1) o f regulation 9 o f the Indian Police Service (Appointment

4. The aforesaid Select List will be subject to the outcome of the
O .A. No. 64/2021 filed by Shri G. Srikanth before the H onhle Central
Adm inistrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench.
5. The appointment will take effect from the date o f issue of this
