SCENARIO:

Si OM ay merong newly hired employee which is si Terrobias, ang task ng dalawang tenured na
si Cabalona at Dollesin ay itrain ito sa unang araw ng duty nito. When the day comes, maagang pumasok
si Terrobias kaya’t si Avila palang ang naabutan niya.

Habang nag uusap ang dalawa, dumating si Dollesin ng 15 minutes ahead sa kanyang shift para
magprepare ng kanyang station. Diniscuss ni Avila kay Dollesin ang mga ituturo nila ni Cabalona kay
Terrobias bago siya tuluyang umalis sa office.

Dumating na ang oras ng shift nila, ngunit napansin ni Dollesin na wala pa si Cabalona at hindi
ito nagreresponse sa kanyang mga messages. Kaya’t siya nalang muna ang nagturo kay Terrobias habang
wala pa ito. Makalipas ang 1 oras, bumalik na si Avila sa office. Nang Makita niyang wala pa si Cabalona,
tinanong niya si Dollesin kung asan na ito, at sumagot naman si Dollesin. Ipinagpatuloy ni Dollesin ang
pagtuturo kay Terrobias habang siya ay naka coaching.

Umalis muli si Avila at pumasok sa kanyang opisina at ipinatawag si Alipio. Makalipas ang 2
hours, biglang dumating si Cabalona at nag time-in ito. Tinanong ni Dollesin ito kung bakit siya nalate at
sinabing hinahanap siya ni Avila. Napansin ni Dollesin na hindi masyadong maganda ang mood ni
Cabalona kaya’t bumalik na siya sa pagtuturo kay Terrobias. Ibinigay ni Dollesin kay Cabalona ang papel
na may key points na ituturo niya kay Terrobias.

Maya-maya nagpunta sa station nila si Alipio at kinausap si Cabalona patungkol sa naobserbahan

sakanya ni Avila. Nagmataas at nagkaroon ng tensyon kay Alipio at Cabalona. Malumanay padin namang
pinapaliwanag ni Alipio kay Cabalona ang kangyang mga pagkakamali. Nang mag sink in na sa utak ni
Cabalona ang lahat, doon na siya natauhan sa kanyang mga sinasabi at humingi ng dispensa kay Alipio.

Sa huli, nanatili padin si Cabalona sa trabaho habang nag aaral at mas pinagbuti niya pa ito.
Tinulungan at tinuruan din siya ni Dollesin na kapwa nito working student kung papaano niya
mahahandle ng tama ang pagtatrabaho at pag aaral.
 Terrobias: *nag log in sa guard, pumasok sa loob ng office.*

Avila: *winelcome si Terrobias* Hi! Come, seat here. You’re too early on your first day huh?

*indistinctively chatting*

Dollesin: Hi OM! *nakita si Terrobias* Uy hi! Om is this the newly hired? So pretty! I’ll just
prepare my station.

Alipio: Noted on that OM.

*after 2 hours, Jeffy came late with a bad mood, Jeffy fix her station for her to logged in.*

Dollesin: Jeffy why are you lateeee? Om is looking for you.

*notices that Jeffy is in a bad mood, put the key points on Jeffy’s station*

Dollesin: OM said that this will be the key points that you will teach to Jen, I’m done with my
part. So Jen, this is Jeff, and she will be the one to teach you the last key points. You better listen to her
as well. *go back to avail*

*Alipio comes to the station and call Jeffy*

 Alipio: Jeffy come here for a while, let’s talk. So as you can see, OM already reached me out to

that I am graduating this year. My studies, my personal problems, and now my work cannot
comprehend. So I think, I cannot be able to do my job properly. I will just resign. I’ve got a lot on my
plates. I’m totally drained and stress and I cannot handle this anymore.

Alipio: I do understand your situation right now and I can’t stop you if you really wanted to
resign. But in this case, you’re lucky enough because you have work, you can sustain your personal and
your family needs, as well as your studies. In addition to that, you’re the most top agents here in our
account. You’ve been through that before and I know that you can still get up. Take that from me, been
