SUGGESTED PACKING LIST FOR 4D3N OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CAMP
A. COMPULSORY ITEMS QUANTITY
1. Haversack / backpack/ sports bag (no trolley bag / sling bag) to keep personal 1
belongings
2. Small Day pack (to carry food , rain gear, water bottle)-preferably one with 1
padded shoulder straps
3. Non-disposable water bottle (at least 1-litre ) 1
4. Thermometer ( working condition) 1
5. Raincoat / poncho / umbrella 1
6. BUFF (for use with helmets during high elements) 1
7. Non-disposable utensils (i.e. fork, spoon, plastic plate & plastic mug)-label w 1 set
name and put inside ziplock bag
8. Writing pen for reflection in the camp booklet if applicable
9. Ez-link card (with minimum $5 stored value) 1
10. Toilet paper ( personal use) Sufficient
11. Small torchlight with batteries 1
12. Sun-protection eg sunblock, hat/cap 1
B. IMPORTANT ITEMS
13. School T-shirt (not including the set worn on the first day) 4

15. Dark coloured top + shorts / long pants for Kayaking /Dragon boating ( if 1 set

16. Long pants (for trekking and high/low elements; tights / jeans not recommended) at least 1

18. Socks (not including the set worn on the first day) 4

27. Ziploc bags for waterproofing items in backpack sufficient
28. Large plastic bags for dirty clothes sufficient
29. Sun protection e.g. long sleeved T-shirt, lip balm, sunglasses
30. Insect repellent / plasters and ointment for insect bites ( mosquito patches not
allowed)
31. Wet wipes / hand sanitiser sufficient
Note : Refrain from bringing valuable items to camp eg, money, laptop, gadgets. Refrain from wearing
any accessory on the body eg jewelleries, earrings, rings, studs, chains, bracelets etc. These accessories
are considered hard objects and for safety reasons, they MUST BE REMOVED for High Elements. Any student
with any hard object on the body that cannot be removed will not be allowed to participate in High
Elements.
