Crochet another 1-3 single crochets so that you
are directly over the color change. Fill the owl
with stuffing and a rattle ball. Fold the owl so
that the color change is to the side. Crochet the
owl together with single crochets trough both
loops on both sides along the top. Do not cut
the yarn, but continue to make the strap for the
wooden ring. Start with a chain 1 and turn: a
Rw.1: Make 4 sc (4). Chain 1 and turn.
Rw.2-7: 1 sc in each stitch (4) - 6 rows in total
Cut the yarn and leave a long string for
assembling. Sew the strap around the wooden
ring. Fasten off.
