Responsibility &Duties
A : - Laboratory : I will be responsible from the following activities 1:Daily internal quality control for all departments 2: Checking samples quality before analysis. 3: Analysis of all samples if formerly mention control was precise or at least acceptable. 4: Writing and deliver of analysis results as soon as possible. 5:Maintenance of laboratory files and documents
B : - Blood bank
1: Daily check for blood bank equipment before starting the work. 2: Registration of blood donors according to local or international blood bank polices. 3:Collection of blood from fit and healthy blood volunteers. 4 : preparation of all type of blood components (FFP,PC,Platlet ,Cryoprecipitate, Albumin,.etc ) if required equipment were available . 5: scientific preservation for each component in suitable temperature 6:Testing the ABO, Rh, and other blood group systems according to local polices of the employer. 7: Testing the cross match and other compatibility tests for patients whom are in need for the blood. 8: Investigation of blood transfusion reaction if its occur. 9:Any other advance technique if it applicable considering available reagents and materials. 10: Finally management capability of laboratory and related units.
