Creating an account in Edpuzzle:

1. Open google chrome and type edpuzzle.com


2. Click on signup
3. Click on teacher button
4. Click on signup with edpuzzle
5. Enter firstname, lastname, email, password and click on white square box
6. Now click on create new account
7. Type your college name(Ex:The Adoni arts and science college) in organization name or
school name box
8. If your college name is not found then click on add myschool or organization link available in
the bottom right side corner.
9. Type college name (Ex:The Adoni arts and science college) and city name(Ex: Adoni)
10. Click on add school
11. Now open your email id that entered in edpuzzle registration in google chrome and by
clicking on the verify email yellow button.

Creating classes in Edpuzzle:


1. Open google chrome and type edpuzzle.com
2. Click on login
3. Click on teacher button
4. Enter email id and password
5. Click on login with edpuzzle
6. Click on my classes in the left side panel
7. Click on create new class
8. Enter class name (Ex: 3 Bcom f1)
9. Select grade level as higher education/college)
10. Select subject (Ex: computer science or other)
11. Select class type as classic
12. Click on create class

Adding content/videos in Edpuzzle:


1. Click on add content button on the top right side
2. Click on upload video
3. Click choose a file
4. Select the video file (EX: gimptutorial.mp4) from your computer
5. Click on my content in the left side panel to view your uploaded videos

Inviting students to Edpuzzle:


1. Click on add invite students button on the top right side
2. Copy and send the students code (Ex:ofbuitm) or copy the copy link button and send that to
students whatsapp group.OR
3. Click on my classes
4. Select any class
5. Click three dots and select invite students

Assigning and sharing content/videos in Edpuzzle:


1. Click on my content in the left side panel to view your uploaded videos
2. Click on any uploaded video
3. Click the assign
4. Select the class to which you want to assign the class (Ex: 3 Bcom f1)
5. Click on assign button
6. Set due date(Ex: 31/5/2023) by clicking on due date option in right side panel
7. Click on save button
8. Ensure prevent skipping option is on
9. Click on share assignment button to share the assignment
10. Click on copylink and share that link to students on whatsapp group

Adding multiple choice/openended/notes to a video lesson in Edpuzzle:


1. Click on my content in the left side panel to view your uploaded videos
2. Click on any uploaded video
3. Click on edit
4. To set multiple choice questions select multiple choice questions
5. Type the question in the first box and answers in the second box or third box
6. If you want to add another answer click on add another answer choice
7. To set the right answer click on right (tick) button.
8. Click save
9. To set open ended questions select open ended questions
10. Type the question in the first
11. Click on allow audio responses button
12. Click save
13. To set note select note option
14. Enter note in the first box or click the microphone to record audio...
15. Click save
16. Click on finish button

Edit a video lesson assigned in Edpuzzle:


1. Click on my content in the left side panel to view your uploaded videos
2. Click on any uploaded video
3. Click on edit video
4. Click on questions and edit the questions that you want
5. To edit name of the video click on pencil
6. Click on finish button once all the editing is done

Checking the status of assigned video in Edpuzzle:


1. Click on my classes in the left side
2. Select any class
3. Select the assigned video
4. Now check the status of the video under students tab by clicking on
watched/grade/attempts etc
