INTRODUCTION
An employee management system is a crucial part of any business and a variable
Investment. The daily work and contribution of your member play a major role in the success
of your company. And it is important that you manage the accordingly, many Businesses are
now considering the use of employee management system to help manage. The needs of the
human resource department and utilize all their employees to the highest Ability level. when
this type of management system is used successfully within an organization. HR operation
will run more efficiently, and significant cost saving can be seen. Digital employee
management system is generally run throng and easy to use system-based Application
Software. In a digital system, Information can be easily stored and received. This includes
item such as employee contacts information, salary details, report, job description,
government laws and current and historical leave tracking. Additional information stored in
system-based application Software, includes Application and hiring data human resource
policies, handbooks and emergency contacts. The management skills. This information can
be helpful when deciding on promotion and writing evaluation.
The employee Management System was born to expand the availability of access to this
valuable information as well as other useful data contained in UCR systems and databases.
The employee Management System provides a profile based, intuitive interface for key
elements of the data in PPs, as well as information from the enterprise Access control System
This software can be equipped with strong backup facilities to protect the important data
and hence preventing any sort of problem which might occur due to loss of data.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Hardware requirements:
➢ Processor: Intel core i3 -3320M
➢ Processor speed: 1.0GHz or above
➢ RAM: 1 GB RAM or above
➢ Hard disk: 20 GB hard disk or above
Software requirements:
➢ Front end/ Language: Microsoft visual basic
➢ Backend /Database: Microsoft Database Access
➢ Additional tools: Visual Studio 19
CONCLUSION
➢ The project is to digitalize the database of employee in organization and
enabling administrator to have benefit from computer.
➢ software acts as an information system between employee and
administrators. Hence the user can keep his/her database source code and
safe for an unlimited period
software provides employee management system for inserting, updating,
searching and deleting records with easy and simplicity. We will provide a fresh
new approach to our esteemed user to search for records and make database in a
digital way.
