INTERWOOD PANGIL, LAGUNA PROPERTIES.

Greetings!

This has the reference of whereabouts of the documents for application of titles for Interwood Pangil,
Properties, I do not hold any other document concerning the application for titling of Interwood’s
properties in Pangil, Laguna such as the application forms for patent, deed of sales and survey plan. The
person responsible for the application proceeding are Ms. Rita Cahapisan and her nephew Mr. RT I.
Reniva. During our meeting with Mr. Reniva dated March 06, 2021, held in Kota Paradizo, Mabitac,
Laguna. As agreed, all the documents such as the Application for Patent, Deed of Sale, Affidavits shall be
forwarded to Mr. Reniva, for he himself shall submit the Application to CENRO – Sta. Cruz, Laguna. The
hard copies of the Deed of Absolute Sales of the five (5) Applicants are directly given to Mr. Reniva, during
the said meeting.

The documents forwarded to Ms. Arlene A. Noriesta dated March 29, 2022 are the following;

1. Photocopies of Interwood Pangil, Tax Declarations


2. Tax Receipts Interwood Pangil
3. Softcopies of Deed of Sales
4. Mauban Case Folders
5. Enervantage PCO Monitoring Reports

During the period from 2021 to 2022 from time to time I communicated to Mr. Reniva to follow up his
application to CENRO on July 26, 2021, he said that the first batch for application is already submitted to
CENRO- Sta. Cruz, Laguna with the following of applicants namely, 1. Carolina T. Young, 2. Roland
Samuel T. Young, 3. Christopher Mariano T. Yu and 4. Ester T. Gabaldon.

While I am preparing for second batch for application of titles, I emailed Mr. Ron Bacolod asking for the
list of applicants for titling, on August 17, 2021, Mr. Bacolod sent me the list of the following applicants
namely, 1. Regina T. Gonzales, 2. Lily H. Tanco, 3. Robert Frederick T. Young, 4. Stephanie T. Gabaldon,
5. Pamela Ann T. Gonzales and 6. Michael Thomas T. Gonzales. After reviewing the list I immediately
forwarded to Mr. Bacolod the Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS) of the six (6) applicants dated September 01,
2021, on the same date I instructed Mr. Bacolod to check and fill the blank portions of the DOAS such as
the address of the vendees and the selling price and send it immediately to me after it is signed and
notarized, but Mr. Bacolod fails to send the documents on time.

Since my official resignation dated March 31, 2022, I do not hold nor possess any official documents
concerning the application of titles of Interwood Properties in Pangil, Laguna.
