This notice provides information about submitting life certificates for Coal India Ltd post-retirement medical beneficiaries. Beneficiaries must submit a life certificate in November 2022 to validate their medical cards. They can submit either a physical certificate to the CIL headquarters office or a digitally signed certificate online. For couple memberships where both the retired executive and spouse are alive, two separate digital certificates must be generated. A retired executive must submit a total of three digital life certificates, one for their pension and two for their post-retirement medical benefits - one for themselves and another for their spouse.

This is for information of all beneficiary under CPRMSE of Coal India Ltd and Subsidiaries availing the post-retirement
medical benefit from CIL(HQ), Kolkata that they are to submit the Life Certificate in NOVEMBER 2022 to validate
their CPRMSE Card.
In case of Digital Life Certificate, there is no need for sending physical copy
