Technical Information
805PT-SG
DESCRIPTION
Polymal 805PT-SG is general purpose thixotropic, pre-accelerated, non-waxed type unsaturated polyester resin
of orthophthalic type widely used for hand lay-up and spray moldings. It exhibits good tack free property upon
curing.
APPLICATION
It is used for making a variety of glass fiber reinforced plastic product especially application with multi- layers
lamination that requires long fabrication time such as boats, silo, yachts, etc.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Typical storage life at temperature below 250C is 3 months. To ensure maximum stability and maintain
optimum resin properties, avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight and steam pipes. The resin
should be stored in closed container below 250C and properly sealed to avoid moisture pick-up and
monomer loss. It is highly recommended to stir the resin prior to use.
