JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible in monitoring the physical accuracy and completeness of items, products,
and materials received and issued within the Warehouse in terms of quality and condition
- Responsible in monitoring all the incoming and outgoing products

CONTACTS:
Internal - Production Manager, Supervisor, QA, repacking, R&D, Sales, Operations,
Marketing & Accounting
External - Forwarder

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES REQUIRED for this position:


- Knowledgeable in inventory system
- Knowledgeable in FIFO
- Knowledgeable in area clustering

KEY RESULT AREAS:


- Daily inventory monitoring
- Inventory accuracy
- FIFO compliance
- Non-receipt or issuance of damaged item

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILIT IES:


- Monitor all incoming and outgoing stocks, items, supplies, materials, etc. against source
documents
- Validate purchase orders against sales invoices / orders
- Coordinate items for delivery to various accounts and monitors delivery monitoring
- Compliance to safety procedures
- Perform actual physical inventory of items
- Monitor & comply to FIFO system
- Implementation of stock locator plan
- Compliance to GMP / GHK
- Act as warehouse encoder in the absence of the designated encoder
- Assist during regular inventory (MEI) audit
- Facilitate month end inventory and generate necessary report for BO and cancelled
deliveries
