AN ORDER ORGANIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BARANGAY


HUMAN RIGHTS ACTION OFFICER (BHRAO) OF BARANGAY GOSI NORTE
TUGUEGARAO CITY,CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, ARTICLE 2 OF Section II of the 1987 constitution declares that it is


the policy of the state to promote and protect the dignity of the human person and
guarantee full respect of his human rights;

WHEREAS, to comply with the provisions and specific requirements of article 2,


of section II of the 1987 constitution and the election of the Barangay Human Rights
Action Officer (BHRAO);

NOW THEREFORE, I,HON. GLORIA T, EXCLAMADOR, Punong Barangay of


Gosi Norte,Tuguegarao City Cagayan, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do
hereby order and direct the following:

SECTION 1. Establishment of Barangay Human Rights Action Officer (BHRAO).


The BHRAO is established in Barangay Gosi Norte,Tuguegarao City,Cagayan.

SECTION 2. The designation of BHRAO Action Officer is hereby designated.


MRS. ROSALINA C. MACARUBBO is hereby designated as Barangay Human Rights
Action Officer with the following duties and functions:

SECTION 3. Effectivity this order shall take effect immediately.
