Procedure for Project Approval:
The applicant has to submit the completed forms attached and submit them to HDFC. Along with this
the applicant has to submit photocopies of the following documents and arrange for verification of the
Original documents at HDFC’s Office.
1. Photocopies of the Land owner’s title documents.
2. Development agreement /Agreement of sale / General Power of Attorney or any arrangement
between the land owner’s and the builder
3. Encumbrance Certificate for 13 years on the entire property
4. Link documents for the past 13 years linking the chain of transactions
5. Builder’s firm documents like partnership deed and firm registration certificate or if the builder is a
company, builder’s company papers like Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association,
Certificate of Incorporation and Company Resolution copy,
Note For Pvt Ltd and Ltd Companies.
1- Banker/CS Attestation on all Firm Documents .i.e… Pan Card, MOA, AOA Certificate of
Incorporation. And Board Resolution for the Authorized signatory on the letter head.
2- All Directors ID proofs with self-attestation and Firm pan card and Cancel Cheque for account
Proof.

7. Copy of Legal opinion if any obtained by the builder from an Advocate commenting on the land
owner’s Title
