NANETTE B. RAYA, of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at Lucena City, do hereby
CONSTITUTE, NAME and APPOINT, EMMALYN R. BUNOT, of legal age, residing at, 271
Victor Pilapil St., Brgy. Rizal Baras Rizal, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for us, and
in our name, place, and stead to do and perform any or all the following acts and things to wit:

A) To represent us in any offices concerned that our Attorney-in-fact deem necessary


in performance of her duties namely: MARO-DAR Municipal Office of Padre Garcia,
Batangas City, Rosario Batangas City, DAR Provincial Office of Marawoy, Lipa City
Batangas and Talipan, Pagbilao Quezon, DAR Region IV-A, Elliptical Road, Diliman,
Quezon City, Municipal Assessors Office of Padre Garcia, Batangas City, San Juan,
Batangas City, and Lucban Quezon, Provincial Assessors Office of Batangas City and
Lucena City, under TCT No. 069-2022008365 and Tax Declaration No. 18-J-009-
00724 containing an area of 48,263 sqm more or less situated in Brgy. Palaypalay,
Jalajala, Rizal and to represent us in any government offices concerned.

B. To submit, sign, execute and acknowledge all documents which may be necessary
for the attainment of the purpose of the given authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of
substitution or revocation, and hereby, ratifying and confirming unto our said attorney or his/her
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of theses presents.
