Payment Terms:
1. 85 % at time of purchase order.
2. 10 % before installtion.
3. 05 % after installation.

Terms & Conditions:-


1.For civil work (Cement, sand, crush,exevation & labour ) provided by client at site.
2.During Installation client provide two labour person for civil work.
3. Bore, delivery pipe, motor pump, motor to inverter cable its acessries & fixing on client end.
4.In any act of nature there will be no warranty claim.
5.Warranty Claims will be only on prescribed operational SOP.
6.The cost is based on current Forex rate ,in case of any change in Forex Rate ,the prices are liable to
change.
7.Validity of quotation is 05 days.
8. Completion Time 30 days after confirm PO and advance payment.
9. The owner at site will supply water & power free of cost if needed.
10. The owner will provide path for supply of material & transportation.
11. Adequate space will be provided by Client for labor residence, labor food & stacking materials at the
work site.
12. If required anything extra charges accordingly.
13. Prices maybe changes after site visit.
