Heavy duty, semi-stiff abrasive cloth with HERMESIT
grain (aluminum oxide)

Product Benefits
• Produces the HERMESIT finish with the matt HERMESIT bright
effect
• Three-dimensional HERMESIT grain structure means 3-5 times
longer tool life and thus greater economy and productivity
compared to conventional grinding belts (shorter machine setup
times, lower material and disposal costs)
• High degree of process stability due to consistent roughness
values and stock removal rates throughout the whole tool life
• Low grinding temperatures reduce surface changes during grinding

Metal
• Special pressure-resistant HERMESIT grain makes this product
especially suitable for applications at medium to high grinding
pressures
• Non-segmented wide belts up to 61" wide are available
• Especially firm backing means this product can also be used as a
segmented wide belt (belt width > 61")
• Can be universally used for dry and wet-grinding (resistant to
emulsion and oil)
