1. INTRODUCTION-
These rules are presented in a Programmed Instruction format so that players need rules for the first time you will find frequent parenthetical references to numbered rules
not read the entire rulebook to begin play. At various points in the rulebook you will be sections or terms which have not yet been defined. For the most part, these references
told to stop reading and play a specific scenario which uses the rules you've read up to should be ignored during the initial reading unless the r~ader has a specific question
that point. After having played that scenario sufficiently to feel comfortable with the about the statement made in that sentence. They will often refer to rules orterms which
