IV/BLDG/AMC/2021-22(OBPAS) dated 10.03.2022 for grant of permit for erection of
Permanent Building (G+4) building, Residential - B on a plot covered by LSC/Pass No.
103302/01/158 of 2002 in WARD - IV in the Locality of Ramhlun South, I hereby inform
you that -
Permission has been granted as per the approved drawings/statement
enclosed herewith.
Site Development Permit shall be invariably obtained from the AMC
prior to any site development work, unless such site development work falls under
the exemptions allowed in the AMC Site Development & Slope Modification
Regulations, 2017.

Period of validity of building permission:


Three years from the date of issue of this letter.
