Installation of the Battery must be in accordance with Transwest Helicopters Ltd. Engineering Order
241-EO-001 revision 0, dated 6-Oct-2004 , Transport Canada approved November 17, 2004 *.

Operation must be in accordance with Transwest Helicopters Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement
241-FMS-001 revision 0, dated October 7, 2004, Transport Canada approved November 17, 2004*.

Maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Concorde


document 5-0142, revision H dated June 24, 2003, or later accepted revision.

Prior to incorporating this modification, the installer shall establish that the interrelationship between this
change and any other modification(s) incorporated will not adversely affect the airworthiness of the
