AFFIDAVIT

We, Spouses JOEL D. PIÑERO and GINA J. PIÑERO, both of legal ages, Filipinos,
and residents of Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby state and declare that:

That we are the registered owners of a portion of a parcel of land known as Lot 1287, by
virtue of Deed of Absolute Sale of an Undivided Hereditary Share dated October 25, 2011
notarized by Jeneth C. Napiguit-Baje with Doc No. 2304, Page No. 29, Book No. 127, Series of
2011;

That RONALD PAUL J. PIÑERO has a share over the above-mentioned parcel of land,
being our son;

We are executing this affidavit in order to establish all of the foregoing facts, and in order
to establish that I RONALD PAUL J. PIÑERO has a share over the aforementioned parcel of
land;
