Section on or before 17/08/2023 within 12:30 PM through their Head of the
Department as mentioned below.
1. Acceptance letter forwarded by the Head of the Department. (must
include the confirmation regarding Not drawing any other scholarship
from any other source).
2. Attendance from the department
1s Ph.D. and Jr. Masters (Date of semester start or Date of admission
whichever is later to 31/07/2023)

Terms & Conditions:
1, The value of the Scholarship is Rs.1400/-p.m.
2. An amount of Rs.1200/- will be paid towards contingency for each student for one year.
3. The fellows should not accept any other Scholarship during availment of the Scholarship.
4. The' fellows have to work as a full time student and have to submit the quarterly progress report on the
work done by them to the Dean (PGS), UAS, GKVK, Bangalore through proper channel.
5. The Scholarship is awarded subject to the satisfactory progress, good conduct, regular attendance and
continuation in studies and for which they should give an undertaking to this effect while accepting the
award.
6. The fellows have to submit a copy of their thesis to the donor of the Scholarship.
