Things to remember before your flight!

Booking Changes

Changes must be done at least two hours before the flight, subject to penalties and fare difference

Update your information via Manage Booking

For any personal information changes, you can update your name, birthday, nationality, salutations, and contact information via Manage
Booking. Visit FAQs to know more.

Online Check-in

1. Check in online via our mobile app or website to get your boarding pass
2. Go to the bag drop counters to check in your bags or proceed to the check-in counters to have your travel documents checked

Airport Counters and Boarding Gates

• Check-in and bag drop counters open as early as 3 hours before your flight, and closes 1 hour before your flight. It varies depending
on the airport’s departure
• Be at your designated boarding gate 45 minutes before your flight
• Guests will not be allowed to take the flight after check-in counters and boarding gates are closed
• For guests with interline itineraries, the Operating Carrier’s check-in and boarding times apply

Valid Photo ID

• Make sure that your valid IDs match the name in your itinerary
• For Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability (PWD) or Reduced Mobility, please present your OSCA ID or PWD ID upon check-in

Travel Documents

• Guests with international flights must have valid passports, applicable visas, and other documents needed for entry to your destination
o Guests connecting via Dubai may avail of baggage transfer services 24 hours before arrival
o All guests flying to Sydney must clear immigration upon arrival
o Guests with onward connections to a third country will not be able to use transit facilities and can’t avail of the transit-
without-visa privileges, regardless of their connecting time

Prepaid Baggage

• Hand carry items MUST NOT exceed 7 kilos

• Bags for check-in MUST NOT exceed 32 kilos per piece, and must not contain fragile or valuable items
Philippine Travel Tax

• Philippine passport holders traveling as international tourists are required to pay the Philippine Travel Tax of Php 1,620 prior to
departure from the Philippines
• Payment can be made through the Cebu Pacific website, reservation hotlines, and ticket offices, or at the Tourism Infrastructure and
Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) counter in the airport

Terminal Fee (International Passenger Service Charge)

• Guests traveling internationally from Manila are required to pay the Terminal Fee or the International Passenger Service Charge (IPSC)
• Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) and other passengers exempted by law from this fee must declare their exemption during booking,
and present the required documents in the airport

Airport Transfers

• Guests booked on Cebu Pacific’s interline partners may need to transfer airport terminals when transiting via Manila. Please proceed to
the transit area for the free Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) Shuttle Service from 5:30AM to 1:00AM the following day.
The MIAA shuttle leaves every 30-40 minutes.
• Guests connecting/transferring to or from other airlines must go through applicable immigration, baggage pickup and arrival
procedures, before being allowed to check-in with Cebu Pacific for the onward destination.
