My late husband who had a Japanese mother has been working for a British company as
a Nuclear Engineering consultant for many years. His mother wasn't alive when we

Japan. They said failure to purchase anti-money laundering certificate will attract
the attention of FBI and other relevant international agencies and you will be
prosecuted.
The cost of purchasing an anti-money laundering certificate is 1.9 million yen. I
am sad because I don't want anything to happen to you and the box.

into the attacks of September 11, as documented in Human Rights Watch's report,

I am deeply concerned by the allegations of misconduct by Federal Bureau of

Investigation (FBI) agents. According to Human Rights Watch's study, some non-
citizens were targeted for questioning in a haphazard manner resulting from random
encounters with law enforcement officials or neighbors' suspicions based on little
more than national origin and religion. Agents questioned some non-citizens about
criminal activity without advising them of their right to remain silent and have an
attorney present, and at times made intimidating and abusive remarks. In addition,
material witness warrants have been used in some cases to detain possible criminal
suspects who could not otherwise be held in custody on criminal charges and who
apparently had not violated immigration laws.

I urge you to ensure that the investigation and detention of persons suspected of
having links to terrorism are conducted with full regard for the rights of all
persons in the United States to be free of discrimination, arbitrary detention,
mistreatment in confinement, and violations of due process.

FBI agents should not target persons for arrest or investigation based on their
national origin, race, religion, or gender. Anyone questioned about terrorism
should be informed of their right to remain silent, have an attorney (court-
appointed, if necessary) present, and contact their consulate as stipulated by the
Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. The FBI should also not use material
witness warrants to circumvent due process in its investigation into terrorist
activities.

There is 8,370,000.00 Pounds deposited at Leadenhall financial, I alone have the
deposit details and they will release the deposit to no one unless I instruct them
to do so. I alone know of the existence of this deposit for as far as Berkeley is
concerned, the transaction with Kessler concluded when I sent the funds to
Leadenhall Financial, all outstanding interactions in relation to the file are just
customer services and due process. Leadenhall Financial has not a single idea of
what’s the history or nature of the deposit. They are simply awaiting instructions
to release the deposit to any party that I may direct. This is the situation.
This bank has spent great amounts of money trying to track this man’s family; they
have investigated for months and have found no family. The investigation has come
to an end. My proposal; you share similar details to the late fellow; I am prepared
to instruct Leadenhall Financial to release the deposit to you as the closest
surviving relation. Upon receipt of the deposit, I am prepared to share the money
with you in half. That is: I will simply nominate you as the next of kin and have
